Dryer vent cleaning Full run, machine to exterior. Rotary brush and vacuum. Before and after photos.

Dryer vent repair or reroute Replace crushed flex with rigid duct, seal the joints with foil tape.

Duct repair, crawlspace or attic Torn or crushed flex, disconnected runs, animal damage.

Bird nest or blocked exterior cap Removal and a guard installed so it doesn't come back.

Long runs, roof exits and odd situations get quoted honestly before work starts. Still flat, still in writing. If I find something bigger while I'm under there, you hear about it before I do anything, not after.

You see everything I did

Nobody can check this work. That's the whole problem with it. Most people aren't going into the crawlspace behind me, so you end up trusting a stranger's word about a place you'll never see.

So I photograph all of it. What it looked like when I got there, what came out, what it looks like now. Then I walk you through the pictures before you pay me. If it's not your own house, or you're out of town, I'll send you the same photos and stay on the phone as long as you want.

What I don't do

I'm not a licensed contractor and I won't pretend otherwise. I stay on the duct side of things and leave the rest alone:

Gas, refrigerant, or anything bolted to the furnace or air handler
Electrical and plumbing
Roof work, ramps, doorway widening, anything structural

If your job turns out to need one of those, I'll tell you straight and point you at someone good. I don't take a cut for that.

Why it matters

Lint is the fuel in most of the roughly 15,000 dryer fires a year in this country, and failure to clean is the leading cause
A torn duct under the house dumps hot wet air into your crawlspace and invites animals in behind it
Clothes dry in one cycle again, which is a smaller power bill and a dryer that lasts longer

I'm Your Name. I spent years doing professional fireplace and vent work around Atlanta, and a crawlspace has never bothered me. The person you text is the person who shows up. I'll message when I'm on my way and when I'm done. I don't ask for money up front and I don't quote a price I haven't put in writing.
